This week’s workout focuses on maintaining a strong, powerful kick throughout the main set. Grab your fins for later in the workout to finish up with some SPEED out of those legs!

- 25 dolphin kick on front with arms at side OR in front/50 free/25 dolphin kick on back
- 1:00 rest
- 3×200 @ :30 rest
- 100 fast/50 smooth with over-kick/50 fast
- 1:00 rest
- 3 Rounds…
- 3×50 kick @ :50
- kick FAST with fins
- 1×50 kick @ 1:00
- kick EASY with fins
- 3×50 kick @ :50
Warm down:
- 100 easy (or more, if you need it!)
