Workout of the Week: Earn your Thanksgiving Meal 💪

We have a special Turkey Day themed workout.  We start with our appetizers (warm up) then move into the main course (eating up the breast and leg meat) then head into dessert, which we will have two of!  Enjoy the mix of strokes and swim off all of your pie!

Appetizers:

  • 400 choice
  • 8×25 build @ :15 rest

Main Course: (eating the meats)

(You can make these 100’s if you’d like more yardage. Simply add

  • 8×75 @ :20 rest  
    • Swim twice through:
    • #1 = 25 fly+50 breast
    • #2 = 25 back+50 breast
    • #3 = 25 breast+50 breast
    • #4 = 25 free+50 breast
  • 8×50 @ :20 rest  work on very fast kick
    • Odd=25 kick/25 swim
    • Evens=25 swim/25 kick

Dessert: 

Be sure you swim this set twice because we LOVE our desserts!  2nd round is with fins!

  • 25 fast @ :45
  • 2x 50 fast @ 1:30
  • 25 fast @ :45
  • Rest 1:00, repeat with fins!

Food coma: (warm down)

  • 200 easy

Total: 2,100 yds
